We are currently working on five work-at-height topics. The first three of them will be available in the second quarter of this year. Each of the topics is a separate lesson, so the player or instructor can decide which one they want to complete at any given time. In this article, we will present two of them. We encourage you to follow our blog, where we will successively present new lessons.
Inspection of devices for work at height.
Lessons last from 8-12 minutes depending on the pace of the game.
During the training, the participant must identify defects and damage to personal protective equipment (PPE). During the training, we learn about harness damage.
After checking the harness, the instructor explains how to put it on correctly. At the end of the training, our task is to put on a virtual harness.
Another topic covered in this lesson is the control of SRLs and shock absorbers. The player must identify possible damage with the help of the virtual trainer.
Working at height vertical and horizontal systems.
Lessons last from 10-15 minutes depending on the pace of the game.
We start the lesson with securing the work site and preparing to climb the ladder using the vertical belay system.
Selection of safety devices for work at height.
Duration from 10-15 minutes depending on the pace of the game
During the lesson, participants will have the task of choosing the right devices for working at height, such as self-locking devices or shock absorbers. The result of their decision will be a test of devices by simulating a virtual worker's jump in PPE selected by us.
More about this lesson in the next post, I invite you to follow our blog. In addition, I remind you that you can sign up for free tests, I send glasses for 1 week, the tests are completely free.
